Production Manager (m/f/d) – Konvertia Baienfurt

Konvertia Baienfurt site plays a key role in our European network. We are strengthening our operational leadership and are looking for a Production Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop the team and drive performance in a hands-on environment. We operate as part of an international network, where close cooperation between sites enables continuous development and sharing of best practices. Ref. 46329

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production operations with full performance responsibility
• Strengthen safety culture and safe working practices
• Develop, motivate and coach the production team
• Ensure performance in quality, efficiency, delivery and availability
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and structures
• Support technical optimisation, investments and modernisation
• Collaborate closely with site management and international colleagues

Anforderungen

• Technical background (engineering, production or similar)
• Proven leadership experience in an industrial production environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and optimisation
• Experience in Lean Management and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and accountability
