• Qualification: You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) in Sustainability Management, Environmental Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field with a strong interest in applying digital and AI technologies to ESG work.
• Analytical Mindset: You work systematically, enjoy exploring data, and can break down complex tasks into logical steps. You can evaluate whether a solution is reliable, scalable, and fit for purpose in a real industrial sustainability context.
• Soft Skills: You are proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams. You bring your own ideas, enjoy experimenting with new approaches, and value continuous learning. Strong English skills (spoken and written) are essential for our international environment.
